Fruit 101: Name That Note! Finding Fruit in Wine
There’s no mystery to wine-tasting – only practice! In this informative class, we’ll look at the diverse fruit profiles of three popular RM wines. Tannins 201: Pucker Up! The real reason tannins are in wine.
The second class in our tasting series. This hour-long class will help you identify the taste, mouthfeel and complexity that tannins bring to wine. We’ll define tannins, and taste wines on all ends of the tannin-spectrum, from full to accented, in reds and whites. We’ll also taste the role they play in the journey of aging. Cost $25. Tasting Class: Name That Note! Finding Fruit In Wine
